To prepare the recipe, I first chopped the potatoes finely. I put them in a pot and boiled them with water along with the eggs.
After boiling the potatoes, I peeled them well. Then I mashed them with the help of a machine. First I mashed the potatoes and then I mashed the eggs.
At this stage, I added chopped onion, chopped green chili, and chopped coriander leaves to the potato and egg mixture to make the kebabs.
Then I fried some onions and chopped them up. Then I added them to the potato mixture and added a generous amount of salt, turmeric, chili, and spices.
At this stage, I added a generous amount of rice powder and mixed everything together well to make the kebab mixture.
At this stage, I took a little of the light mixture and made the kebab safe with my hands. And in the same way, I made the kebab with all the ingredients. Then I heated the oil in a pan and fried the potato kebabs.
