SLC27-W6 | A One-Day Street Journalist: Street raw material business
Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are well. I am also very well. Today I have come to you with a beautiful village market. Small and large markets are held in every village. In the language of the village, which is called a hat. Earlier, people used to go to the city area to do this market. But now people are getting all kinds of vegetables, fruits and everything from their own village. Today, I have gone to my very familiar Marka Bazar and brought you a beautiful village market with photography and videography. I hope I can review it very well. As winter approaches, winter vegetables have appeared in the village markets. That is why I like the small village markets very much. I hope that you will like the way that I will share with you now.
01 What vegetables are available at the vegetable shop you will review?
The vegetable shops or village markets that I will review have various types of vegetables available. Such as cauliflower, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, green bananas, papaya, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, gourds, beets, etc. Most of the winter vegetables have now appeared in the village markets. As winter begins to fall, more and more winter vegetables will appear in the markets. Now, when you go to the market, you will see various types of winter vegetables. In the photographs that I have shared with you, you will see many types of winter vegetables. I like winter very much because these various types of vegetables are very easily available. Winter vegetables appear in the hills of the villages in advance. Because when farmers cultivate, as soon as a few vegetables appear, they bring them to the market and sell them by hand. So now, most of the winter vegetables are seen in the current village markets.
02 Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.
We usually buy vegetables from these shops. When I went to the village market yesterday, I bought a lot of vegetables. All my vegetables were winter vegetables. After buying the vegetables, I made a beautiful one-minute video which I have shared with you at the end of the post. Since all types of winter vegetables are available in the village markets earlier, their prices are a little higher. However, many times they are much lower than in the city. The reason why the prices are higher for the villagers is because they cultivate them with their own hands and when they go to sell at a slightly higher price, the buyers say different things. But when I go to sell in my city, they buy them at a very high price. However, it is very fun to go to the village market. Here is a list with pictures of what I bought.
| Name | price | steem price |
|---|---|---|
| Malai tea | 40 | 2.5 |
| Burnt bread | 20 | 1.25 |
| Potato | 20 | 1.25 |
03 How do they manage losses when vegetable prices fluctuate?
If the price of vegetables fluctuates, the farmer incurs a huge loss. However, when the price of vegetables or anything else increases later, the farmer keeps a proper account of their income and expenditure. Farmers work very hard to grow their crops and if they do not get the right price for that crop, then everything is lost for the farmer. Then the farmers appeal and ask for an increase in the price of their crops. And if this is not done, the price of some other vegetable or crop increases. That is, if a vegetable is grown and its price is low, then the price of the vegetable increases. Again, many times it is seen that when the price of the crop is low, they do not sell it, if it is worth keeping, they keep it in the warehouse or in different places and later sell it when the price increases.
04 How do they survive when there is a lack of buyers in the market?
When there is a shortage of buyers in the market, sellers often increase the prices of goods. Moreover, they sell vegetables to various big shops. Moreover, it is often seen that when there are fewer buyers in the market, they reduce the prices of vegetables, which increases the buyers. Similarly, in village markets, if the prices of vegetables or other things are not high, there are fewer buyers there, and whenever the prices of vegetables or other things are reduced, there are more buyers. Moreover, in village markets, different types of fried foods are sold, so outsiders also come here to buy various vegetables and eat fried foods. Winter vegetables are sold very well in the beginning and middle of winter. The sellers make up for the lack of buyers in the market through this more or less profit between buyers and sellers.
I invite you @mostafezur001 @narocky71 @kibreay001 to participate in this beautiful competition.
