Hi friends I'm fine alhamdulillah. How are you all? And what are you doing? I hope you are busy with your daily tasks and spending your days well. Life is such that it is busy all day long and there is time to relax a little. But I pray that you all always remain safe happy prosperous with your family members and friends. Today I have made potato kebabs in a very different way. The recipe of which I am sharing with you all. I hope you will definitely like it.

14Lemon juice2 tablespoon
15Corn flour2 tablespoon
16GheeAs needed

  • I boiled the potato. Peeled them and cooled them well. After I put in bowl and mash them well. I peel off onions and put them in chopper. And chopped them well. To make my potato kebabs more delicious and crunchy. I added capsicum to it. I took a medium sized capsicum and chopped it. After mashing the potatoes. I added chopped onions capsicum green coriander and green chillies.

  • After that I added all the spices to it. I have mentioned the details of the spices in the list above. You can add according to your taste. In the spices I have added tikka masala chaat masala ground black pepper red pepper powder chili flakes and salt. Then I added two tablespoons of lemon juice to it.

  • I took bread for the potato kebabs. I put these breads in a blender. And made good breadcrumbs. After adding the lemon juice. I add breadcrumbs to it. I put 3 to 4 tablespoon of breadcrumb. Next I add two tablespoon of corn flour. And mixed it well with my hands. And prepared our mixture for potato kebabs.

  • After that I washed my hands thoroughly. And then I prepared small round potato kebabs and placed them on a plate.

Now it's time to fry the kebab.

  • I put ghee in pan placed it on stove. Then turned on flame. So that ghee would be hot. For fry I took white flour in bowl. Put one teaspoon of salt one teaspoon of chili flakes. One teaspoon of black pepper powder. And mixed it well to make smooth mixture. I had saved some breadcrumbs to fry the kebabs and I took them on a plate too.

  • I took a kebab and with the help of a spoon spread the flour mixture on it. After that I coat to potato kebab in breadcrumb. Then place it on this plate. Similarly I coat all kebabs with the flour mixture and breadcrumbs. And placed them on a plate. So that I could fry them one by one easily.

  • The ghee was well heated and the flame was already slow. I added the potato kebabs one by one and after frying them on one side for five minutes. I changed their sides one by one. And in the same way I fried all my potato kebabs. Guys this turn out to be very tasty 😋. They were very crunchy and tasted very delicious.

Potato kebabs are a very delicious and heart warming dish. Which is liked by people of all ages. I have made potato kebabs many times. And each time their aroma and taste are very heart warming. When boiled potatoes are given a beautiful round shape by adding green chilies coriander onions and mild spices they also look very attractive to look at. Then when they are fried on low heat until golden. Their aroma spreads throughout the house. The special thing is that potato kebabs are not only amazing in taste. But also very easy to make. If they are served with chutney or ketchup. Their taste increases even more. Sometimes the pleasure of eating potato kebabs with hot tea in the rainy season is something else. This is a simple dish. But it hides the love of home and belonging which makes it special.
