Hi friends I am fine alhamdulillah. How are you all? And what are you doing? I hope you are busy with your daily work and spending your day well. Life is such that it is busy all day long and there is time to relax little. But I pray that you all always remain safe happy prosperous with your family member and friends. Today I have made potato pakora in very different way. The recipe of which I am sharing with you all. I hope you will definitely like it.

Here are the ingredients. |
| Sr | Ingredients | Quantity |
| 1 | Potato 🥔 | 1 kg |
| 2 | Onion 🧅 | 3 medium size |
| 3 | Chopp green chilli and Spinach | According to taste |
| 4 | Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
| 5 | Red chilli powder | 1 tablespoon |
| 6 | Chilli flakes | 3 teaspoon |
| 7 | Salt 🧂 | According to taste |
| 8 | Rice flour | 1 small cup |
| 9 | Zeera powder | 1 tablespoon |
| 10 | Dried coriander | 1 teaspoon |
| 11 | Flour | As needed |
| 12 | Ghee | As needed |


- I peeled and chopped the onions. Then I peeled the potato and grated them using a grater. After that chop the potato. Friends I pressed them with my hands to drain the water thoroughly. And then I added all these potatoes to a white bowl.


- Then I added chopped spinach green coriander and chopped green chillies. Adding spinach makes the taste of the pakoras even more delicious. And also creates a crunch.


- Then I added gram flour to it and along with that I added rice flour to it. I have mentioned the quantity of everything in the list above, you guys can add it according to your test and requirement.

- Then I added finely chopped onions to it. And after that I added all the spices.

- Then I mixed all these spices well with my hands to prepare our mixture for making pakoras.


- The ghee for the pakoras was already in the pan. I used to make pakoras often before this. A few days ago I made pakoras because it was raining. So I put the karahi on the stove and turned on the flame. Whenever it got hot, I started making small pakoras in it with the help of a spoon and adding them. I fried these pakoras well from both sides. When their color turned brown, I took them out. In the same way I fried all the pakoras and took them out. I also made aj dahi bhali with them and served them to the whole family. The whole family ate them with great gusto.

Guys I made potato pakoras and it was a very pleasant experience for me. Their aroma alone took my breath away. When the pakoras were ready. They were very crispy and delicious. I was enjoying every bite. Despite their simplicity their taste was very special. My family also liked them a lot and everyone praised them. They especially tasted better with tea. This is a dish that takes less time to make. But it makes my heart happy. Guys I really liked the potato pakoras. And I will definitely make them again.
