First, I cut the potatoes in half and boiled them in water. Then I chopped the onion, chopped the coriander leaves and green chilies. Then I took the flour.

In the second step, when the potatoes were cooked, I peeled them and separated the potatoes into a separate bowl.

Then I put oil in a pan on the stove over low heat. When the oil was slightly hot, I added the onion and green chillies to the oil. After stirring for a while, I put them in a bowl.

In the fourth step, I added half-fried onion, chillies, and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes. Then I mixed them. Then I stirred them with a little flour.

In the fifth step, after mixing the mashed potatoes, I mixed them well and made them look like potato mash. Then I mixed more flour.

In the sixth step, I mixed the flour with the potato mixture and shaped it into bread-like shapes. Then I put them in a separate container.

Then I put the pan on the stove. When the pan got hot, I put the roti in the middle of the pan. I waited for a while and then fried the other side again. In this way, I fried both sides well. Then I served it on a plate.
