It is very important for every person to exercise. We should all do this kind of exercise regularly to keep our body healthy and strong. Whenever I saw this competition, I thought that I would also participate in this beautiful competition. I always exercise in the morning to keep my body healthy, but I never record videography or photography like this. That is why when I saw the competition, I recorded a video so that you all can see my exercises.

Task 1: First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.

Pain

We see different types of pain in the human body. Some pains are long-lasting and some are temporary. We cannot easily recover from long-lasting pains. But if we keep exercising regularly, it is possible to recover from these long-lasting pains. And we can recover from those that are temporary pains within a few days.

Types

Usually we see two types of pains. We feel a long-lasting pain due to various types of body parts being broken or cut. It is normal that we will feel pain at all times of life, especially in the broken area. And there is a pain called temporary pain that can be caused by being applied to any place in a short time or by itself. We can easily recover from such pains. Such pains can be easily removed from the body by doing a little physical exercise. But chronic pains are very harmful because it is not possible to recover from it easily.

Acute Pain

We can experience this type of pain due to various types of accidents, especially road accidents. Also, we fall in different ways, as a result of which our hands and feet break and due to this, these pains remain in our body for a long time. Also, due to cuts, we continue to feel pain for a long time.

Chronic Pain

This time I will discuss with you the most harmful pain. It is very difficult to recover from this pain because when these pains come to our body, they stay in our body for months, years and years. We have also observed that these pains remain in the body until death and we always suffer because of this pain. For example, if we say that the place where the fracture or cut is broken, we always feel pain. There is also a pain that occurs in our neck. This pain comes back again and again with a slight touch and due to this pain, we have to spend time in this pain for a few days.

Pathology

Pathology pains are always very scary. We have always noticed that when we feel stomach pain, everything seems to go haywire. This word becomes so intense that it is not possible to explain it in words or words. Only those who have experienced this pain can understand its intensity.

Neck and shoulder exercises

Task 2: You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet

Recently I myself have been experiencing shoulder pain. Actually this pain is located right in the middle of my back. This pain is due to problems sleeping at night. Also, this pain is often caused by carrying a heavy object on my head. Due to this pain, I have to spend a long time in trouble. To solve this problem, I do shoulder exercises every morning and afternoon. Those of you who have this kind of problem can also do this shoulder exercise like me.

Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment

Different types of leg exercises

Each patient's pain can be modified depending on the exercise. I think it is best to get advice on this exercise modification from a doctor. We can also get an idea of many types of exercises by watching YouTube. Those who have pain in their hands and feet usually do these two types of exercises.

Waist exercises

Many of us experience pain in our Waist at different times for various reasons and it is very difficult to get rid of this pain. The exercise I mentioned above is usually done the most to get rid of this pain. By doing such exercises, it is possible to easily recover from the pain.

Today I have recorded a videography while I was exercising and now I am sharing it with you. I have mentioned various types of exercises to relieve pain through my post. I have included all the exercises I mentioned in this video which I have done myself. You will watch these exercises of mine and relieve your own pain very easily.

Task 1 (0.7/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, and its types. But it would be better if you add the pathology of acute and chronic pain as well, because if I ask about the pathophysiology of both types, so you have to read the question carefully before answering.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)Shoulder pain should be treated on time otherwise it can affect the forearm and can extend from neck to hand of affected arm because of irritation of nerve. That's good you're already performing exercises to reduce the shoulder pain and prevent from further complication.

You performed the exercise well and even perform the exercises that you're exercising daily, but it would be better to stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts, but it would be better to apply a hot pack before performing exercises and then perform the all exercises.
