Potatoes are a popular food in our country. We make delicious dishes with potatoes at different times. We will make delicious potato curry as per the instructions of the esteemed organizer @bdwomen. Before starting to prepare the curry, I will introduce its ingredients. Below, I have mentioned the ingredients of potato curry.

😋Tutorial on making a delicious Potato Curry – Alur Torkari
😋Step 1:-
- Before starting cooking, first I wash the potatoes well. Then I cut them into pieces with the help of a knife and keep them in a bowl. Now I wash the potatoes once again.

- Now I put a saucepan on the stove. There, I add a quantity of mustard oil.
- I wait until the oil is hot, then I put two dry chilies in the oil.

- Now I add a spoonful of black cumin seeds to the saucepan. And fry in hot oil for a while.
- Now I put the well-washed potatoes in the saucepan and fry them in a hot towel for a while.

- Now I add a quantity of salt and half a spoon of turmeric inside the potatoes, and stir fry for a while. Then I put it in a bowl.

- Now I chop two onions, add the chopped onions to the hot oil in the saucepan and fry.
- When it is roughly fried, I add a spoonful of ginger-garlic paste inside it and stir for a while.

- Now I add three green chillies to the washed and fried onions, and cut a couple of tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a saucepan.

- I also fry the tomatoes and green chillies for a while, then add the remaining half a teaspoon of turmeric, chili powder, and spices. I also add salt as required.

- All the spices for the potato curry have been put in the saucepan. Now I fry all the spices for a while. Then I add some water to the saucepan and grind it well for a while.

- Now I add the previously fried potatoes to the grated musalla. I also add some water.

- Now I cover the saucepan well with a lid and put the stove on medium heat.

- I put it in the stove for about 10 minutes. During this time, the water in the saucepan will dry up, and the potatoes will also be cooked well.
- Now I chop some coriander leaves and sprinkle them on the curry.

- My cooking is almost done, and the food is also giving off a nice aroma. Now I put it in a bowl and finish making delicious potato curry.

Especially the combination of black cumin in the potato curry made the dish extraordinary. Also, black cumin has many medicinal properties.

Now I will present the delicious and healthy potato curry that I have prepared in front of everyone. I am presenting the curry in several steps, and I have shown it below-
First, I poured the prepared potato curry into a bowl after cooking and presented it.
Now I sprinkled some chopped coriander leaves on the curry, which will enhance the taste of the curry.
Now I sprinkled some small pieces of tomato on the curry. This will enhance the beauty of the potato curry and enhance the taste and aroma.
Today's potato curry is prepared for the Steamit Challenge. So I wrote the name of the challenge on a piece of paper and presented it.
