The production side of Rani Re-Rolling Mills is divided into two parts. The first step is the Billet Casting Plant (BCP).

Here, the main structure of rod production is billet. Scrap is molded to make billets. For this, there is a huge scrap yard where scrap is kept for making molds. There are three mould-making kilns next to it. Each kiln can make 20 tons of liquid mold. Molds are always being made in two kilns.
Next to it is the CCM, where the molten or molded billet is shaped. Next to it is the HRM (Hot Rolling Mills). Rods are made in HRM with the billets coming from the CCM.

The BCP area is very hot. Since the mold making work is done continuously with hydraulic power, the temperature here is very high, especially if the temperature of the molds inside the furnace is below 1700 Celsius, billet making is not possible. Therefore, care is taken while moving the mold from the BCP to the CCM so that the temperature is 1700 °C.

Thousands of items are required in a steel mill, where you can see big motors and compressors. Somewhere, there are important chemicals like silico manganese, and some godowns are filled with countless collections of rolling powder. Apart from this, steel mills require numerous bearings. So many bearings of different models have been brought for the future.
