Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. Good morning everyone. I hope that by the grace of Allah, you are all well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I pray to Allah that we are always well.

Today I want to talk to you about village agriculture. Basically, it is currently the month of Chaitra and the wheat and lentil harvesting process is going on. Farmers had planted crops in their agricultural land a few days or a few months ago. Basically, now it is time to bring the crops home.

One of the crops in the month of Chaitra is wheat and lentil. The lentil harvesting process has already been completed and now the wheat harvesting process is currently underway.

Now the people of the village are involved in the wheat threshing process. Moreover, those who are small entrepreneurs have engaged themselves in the work of threshing the crops.

Yesterday I needed to buy some wheat. Because I like to eat wheat red flour bread very much. Moreover, red flour bread is very beneficial for our health.

So I went to a farmer's house to buy wheat. They were threshing wheat and I enjoyed the process. I liked the threshing process a lot. The chaff was being collected using a huge hopper machine.

I was standing there when the wheat threshing started. They were threshing wheat through an automatic machine.

The wheat was being fed into the machine from one side. The wheat was being threshed from the other side and the chaff was coming out from the other side. I enjoyed this wonderful process and I was very happy.

An operator was employed to carry out the wheat threshing operation. He was very skilled in threshing wheat and processing it. However, only one person could not complete the wheat threshing operation. A second person was employed there and he was appointed as an assistant to a skilled operator.

Two people completed their work together throughout the day. Basically, a farmer brought the wheat from the field to his house through a farmer. After bringing it home, the threshing operation was being carried out and two operators were employed there.

One of the crops of the month of Chaitra is wheat. People in Bangladesh cultivate the most rice. Then jute and wheat are known as two cash crops at the same time. Wheat is cultivated in a very short time and with little effort and low cost.

It is possible to harvest wheat within four months from the day of sowing the seeds. It is a very simple crop cultivation method. Wheat is cultivated in a very short time and at a very low cost. Along with rice, the people of the village eat bread and wheat flour bread is very tasty in its new state.
