Sad times are a green nature travel experience

Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope that by the grace of the Creator Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always doing well.

Today I am here to share a lifestyle post with you. Basically, sometimes problems arise in our lives and sometimes we get upset. When people suddenly get upset for any reason, nothing feels good anymore. The good things start feeling much worse for some unknown reason and then our brain goes to a very low level. Our brain cannot tolerate good things and then there is extreme pain and sadness going on inside our minds. Which is not acceptable.

Happiness and sadness are constant companions in human life. Sometimes we get a lot of happiness in our life and sometimes sadness. In fact, the human mind is like a blue sky. A while ago, when there was a blue sky and the weather was very nice around. But within a while, disappointment comes to our mind and intense anger or pride comes. Any sadness makes us feel sad and then we don't like anything else.

Basically, when we are sad, we can realize one thing if we want. And that is a small trip.

Our mind sometimes tries to fulfill some unfulfilled desire. Sometimes when we are sad, we can travel. Now you might tell me, why should we travel to make our mind better? It can be a very expensive trip.

Basically, traveling does not mean going to big buildings or historical places. If we want to make our mind better, we can enjoy the natural beauty around us. Especially the natural beauty around us, the blue sky, the beauty of small ponds or rivers can make our mind better.

I can say from my own experience, when I am sad, I look at that blue sky, how a cloud is covering the beautiful blue sky, and how blue clouds are flying and settling in the black sky. Basically, I like these wonderful things a lot.

The most generous thing in the world is the sky. When we are sad, if we look at the sky, all the sorrows and troubles in our mind go away. Because our mind becomes like that vast sky and all the sorrows and troubles in the mind go away.

Basically, when we feel sad, we can visit small places. Maybe it is the courtyard around the house.

There are three big ponds in the same place about 500 meters away from their house. When I feel sad, I go there to pass the time. Especially during the rainy season, there is a lot of water in the ponds. And when the fish move in that water, its beauty is quite nice.

A few days ago, I went there to really enjoy it. However, although there is water during the rainy season, now in the month of Jyishta, one pond has dried up. No more fish are being cultivated there. Only two ponds nearby are being cultivated.

I sat there for a long time and the beauty increased in my mind. Because green nature constantly fascinates me and I like to enjoy green nature a lot.

Anyway, finally I want to convey a small message to you, if you are ever sad, then you can also visit a river, a blue sky, a small pond or any green place like me. You will see that all the sorrows and troubles in your mind will disappear.
