Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always well.

Today I want to share with you again a travel-related post. Basically, I love to travel all the time. I travel in my free time and I love to share my travel stories with you.

A few days ago. My friend was celebrating a weekend on Friday. Since my friend works in a garment factory, he has a day off on Friday. On the holiday, my friend and I decide to go somewhere.

That Friday morning, as soon as I woke up, my friend messaged me on WhatsApp. We will go on a trip to a brick kiln today. However, I have not gone on a trip to a brick kiln for a long time. So I also decided to go on a trip to a brick kiln with my friend.

My friend had a Hero Honda. We set off for the brick kiln with the Hero bike. On the way, we stopped at a tea shop. We had breakfast there with biscuits and tea. We rested for some time and then we started our journey again. After about 45 minutes, we reached the brick kiln.

We liked it a lot after reaching there. Because I have been to the brick kiln after a long time and the atmosphere there impressed me a lot. There were a lot of workers working there.

Some were collecting chalk in the kiln. I saw several women who were cleaning the dirt around the kiln. Some people were making bricks and some people were carrying them.

Basically, when we went to the kiln, everyone was working in a row and maintaining continuity. The moment of their work made me very happy. Because the people were cooperating with each other relentlessly and they continued their activities.

Then I stood in the kiln for a while. After standing, I saw a tall house and black smoke was coming out of it. Basically, the black smoke of this kiln is very harmful to our environment and health. So we need to protect ourselves from this black smoke. Due to which the kiln house has been made very big and it is reaching high into the sky.

Then we stood for quite some time. The people, that is, the kiln workers, were working with us and talking. I was very impressed by listening to their stories. Because the common people of the village can speak very sweetly. I accepted their sweet language with great pleasure and I liked it very much.

At one point, we saw sugarcane in an agricultural field. Basically, it is very pleasant to eat that sweet sugarcane. Moreover, the cold sugarcane juice wet with dew on a winter morning is very beneficial for the body. So my friend and I went to an agricultural field to drink sugarcane juice.

After quite some time, we returned. It was almost 10 am. I saw all the workers cleaning their bodies and hands. I realized that they were already preparing for breakfast.

All the workers shared their food with each other. Then they started having breakfast. I was very happy to see them having breakfast with such wonderful harmony and love.

Anyway, at some point they finished their breakfast and I also had breakfast with them. They invited us for breakfast and we accepted their invitation.

Breakfast was over and then sweets were distributed there. Because this was the first kiln of the year that was inaugurated. As a result, all the workers were given sweets and we participated.

Then we saw some workers cutting bricks using a form. Each worker was making a minimum of 10 bricks per hour. I was quite impressed by their brick making skills.

Anyway, I saw many working people. However, people in the brick making factory are very hardworking. I respect their hard work. Because every working person in the society is an integral part of our society. So I respect and appreciate their hard work a lot.

Finally, it was quite nice to travel to the brick making factory with a friend. I had some experience about life. Finally, it is quite nice to share the story of my trip with you. Thank you very much for enjoying. Thank you very much for being with the Sri Lankan community.
