The moment of saving date palm seedlings

Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community and friends of Krishi Lava. How are you? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. Today I would like to share with you a moment of harvesting dates from our agricultural land. Basically, I live in Bangladesh and a lot of date palm jaggery is cultivated in Bangladesh. Especially in the Rajshahi and Jessore regions of Bangladesh, a lot of date palm trees are seen. The juice is collected from the date palm trees and pure date palm jaggery is made using that juice.

Several weeks ago, my friend's father demanded a date palm tree from us. I agreed to give him the date palm tree and today afternoon he visited our house.

After visiting our house, I gifted him five date palm trees. My friend's father had carefully preserved the trees and I was very happy to see him collecting them

Our farmland where grass and sala were planted for cattle. I gave him five date palm trees from here and my uncle preserved the seedlings very well.

The scene when uncle was preserving date palm seedlings made me very happy. Because he is a person who loves agriculture. He constantly raises cattle and collects juice from date palm trees and converts it into jaggery.

Moreover, he produces various types of mangoes in Bangladesh. His work experience made me very happy and inspired me to work in agriculture.

Finally, uncle had preserved a total of five date palm seedlings. The seedlings were carefully preserved from the ground and kept in a cool place so that they would not die.

The five seedlings were too heavy to put together. Since date palms cannot tolerate water, they were preserved well.

At one point the date palm seedlings were stored inside a crate. This time I carried the date palm seedlings on my uncle's head and since they were with soil, they were very heavy.

Finally I planted five date palm seedlings and gifted them to my friend's father. My uncle was very happy to receive the date palm seedlings.

Anyway, I was also very happy that I could help him with the agricultural work.

Bangladesh is basically an agricultural country. In most major countries, different types of crops are produced. Almost all types of crops from rice to wheat to jute are cultivated there.

However, farmers in Bangladesh are very busy during the winter season. Because a large amount of date molasses and date juice are produced during the winter. The price of a glass of date juice is 10 taka. And the price of a kilogram of date molasses is at least 300 taka.

Basically, new agricultural technologies are constantly helping to improve our lives. So we want to survive with agricultural potential.

Finally, I am happy to share the agricultural post with you. If you like anything, then do not forget to comment. Finally, thank you very much for enjoying my agricultural blog.
