To be healthy and strong, you must eat nutritious food.

Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope that by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always well.

Basically, we want to be healthy all the time. To stay healthy, we need to eat healthy food all the time. But we sometimes forget this.

We always like to enjoy modern life. We try to keep in mind that our life should always be enjoyable and that we find happiness and joy from it. However, if our body is not good, then we will never be able to live well in the world. To live in the world, we have to know ourselves. And the only way to know ourselves is to make every effort to keep our body and health good.

If the human body is good, then the mind is likely to be good. If our body is not good, then we will never be able to keep our mind good. One is related to the other. Therefore, to increase the beauty and cheerfulness of our mind, it is very important to keep our body healthy and beautiful.

However, some of our bad habits and unhealthy food are constantly making our body sick. The Creator has created as many problems in this world as the Creator has solved them. However, if we are sick, we will not be cured only through medicine, there is an antidote and treatment in the nature of any disease.

If we eat a balanced diet, eat a variety of sour, salty, bitter foods and eat food that is suitable for our body, then we will never get sick. Getting sick and staying healthy are completely expressed through ourselves.

Basically, the thing that is very important for staying healthy is our food habits.

If we want to be healthy, we must constantly consume food rich in vitamins and minerals. We survive on earth through food. If we do not consume a balanced and vitamin-rich diet, our health can never be good. And when we get sick and take drugs in the body, it is more threatening for us and its side effects cause us to suffer from various diseases.

The 6th Ramadan is already underway, but yesterday evening I suddenly felt weak and dizzy. If I wanted, I could have consulted a doctor or tried to solve my problem by going to the pharmacy and taking medicine. But do you want to know, what steps did I take here?

I think eggs are very effective for instant energy in the body. So instead of taking medicine, I went to the store and bought eggs here. After buying the eggs, I boiled them at home and my wife and I ate the eggs together. Basically, instant energy came to my body and I became strong again as before.

That is, we can eat food whenever we want to solve any problem in our body. Moreover, to stay healthy, we must eat food. Let's eat a balanced diet to enjoy a healthy and beautiful life. Reduce dependence on medicines and keep ourselves healthy.
