Yes I'm quite sure it's 100% SP that is the payment for Witnesses.

I wonder who will adopt a partially staked approach...
And yet, I look at other blockchains and wonder if they have staked versions. Does Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc., do all that at all?

Right now PAL, CCC and SONIC have shifted to 50%/50% payout (50% of the token reward wil be automatically staked)
Witness payment is 100% SP.
Yeah. I just looked up some posts on the witnesses, and found the 100% SP, something I guess I should have done beforehand, and it probably would have taken some wind out of the post sails. :)

I guess it was too good to last. Or the wisdom is in staked token payouts. :)
EDIT: Okay, so that post just came out. Talk about prescient. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer to post mine. :) Already trending toward obsolescence.
