RE: Steemians Giving Feedback On Steem - Here Are The Results Of The Summer Survey!

in #steem7 years ago

A shame more people didn't bother to take 5 minutes - does that speak for itself in terms of engagement?

Anyway, thanks for doing the SSS and to those that took part. Family and Friends are doing well in bringing new users, or is it that the other areas are not? 😊

For the question to Paula, what would you consider active? Last post/last vote? < 1/2/3 months ago?

Sort:

Well if you don't get the top trending position these days, few notice what you're posting :-) That's the sad but honest truth about the current state of this network.

It's not surprising that the usability, design, content structure etc. was the second most critized point here.

Regarding the question for Paula: it seems that we're 56-58,000 active users transacting currently (see daily stats from @penguinpablo). I was referring to those as active users. Maybe we should consider those that were active during the past 2 months?

I think it would be incredibly interesting to know how many of them are old vs. new. That would say a LOT about the retention rate and engagement level in relation to life span. Don't you think? :-)

Very true re:trending, personal feed for the win!

I'm pretty sure @paulag can help with this information, and may have done an analysis on similar in the past. It would be interesting to know which part of the last few years brought the most people still 'here'.

Yeah, that'd be great to know :-)
