I don't know what's the problem Poloniex

I feel bad for the inconvenit with Poloniex I made a new withdral from poloniex after few minute got it, but still processing the another one maybe is because is bigger than the other.
I already create my support ticket but nobody answer me maybe in 2018 they will give back much money.
