There was this boy I used to know back then in secondary school. He had nothing, he was the last of the last. He was quite young and inexperienced and his parents sent him to a boarding house. The boy was so innocent and that was one of the reasons he really suffered cos u see in the world we are today people mistake innocence for weakness or sometimes foolishness.
The boy was maltreated regularly,there was very little he could do, his parents left him there all alone, there was no visiting and he could not report. The reason being the chain of command.
In an effort to teach the students respect they ensured that they follow a chain of command when reporting and the chain begins with ur immediate senior in the school.
So if u are in jss1,u report to jss2 first wait sometime if nothing happens then u move to jss3 but the thing is before u move up and get to the person that can actually help u the session will be over so the boy was forced to suffer in silence.
The main thing I want to say is to watch the kind of schools u send ur kids the boy I am writing about died within the first year of his stay. Do ur best to protect their life's and their minds because schools also scar the minds of so many leaving them to a life of fear and an unshakable unbelief in themselves.
