See @josephsavage's comment, Bitshares has fees and network aside would still need to automate to do it in under a minute I think.
PS Bitshares is buggy af - I think something would go wrong. Hopefully gets better when it moves to EOS.
I agree with all your points. Bitshares is such a pain in the arse.
