Hi@kabir88. The vote value hasn't effected me really. I think I was too small anyway to see drastic changes so a drop from around 7 c to 5 and 6 c now. I have grown at a massive rate so i am keeping fairly stable.
I wrote a post once about staying stable with values from growth when everything is dropping around you. You don't notice the growth as much until it turns around.
That is very true, my steem power has almost doubled over the last 6 months. But due to declining prices, haven't seen the benefits of it in vote values yet.
