Steem Mining Queue Dominated by the "Rabbit" Servers

In the past few days, I have noticed that the Steem Mining Queue has been dominated by a series of "rabbit" servers:

Is this legit?
Or maybe it will require another hard fork like in the case of @supercomputing:

Does anybody know what is going on?
Any insights on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
