Saying $3000 is sure is a sign of ignorance (I mean no offense, but just to put it bluntly.) There is no such thing as 100% certainty when dealing with markets. Will you eat your words if the bear market ends suddenly and unexpectedly?
3 k is not possible due to the mining costs, Miners are not dumping their coins on a bear market. Who knows what will happen, still, I see this area as a good support. Same as ETH is bottoming at 190.
