Yeah I think some of those rep 25 whales are new investors but I also think a lot of them are just bigger whales moving funds into a bunch of smaller accounts. I agree also about the additional markets... that would help... I hear Jaxx is prob gonna happen. That would be a nice step towards giving STEEM a life outside of social media.
