I know my random upvotes, comments, retweets and comments on Reddit where not much. I hope you find some support and are able to take things to the next level.

Running a project is tough with the sheer volume out there. Which is why I left or gave up on curating and running a community I was involved with a number of months ago. 60 hours or more a week was not enough to feel like I was making a difference or do much. Everything is so time consuming with an endless amount of people expecting more and more out of someone is frustrating.

I hope this means you are finally going pull the delegation from me (I have asked before!) if you have not already and will put it to better use. Sometimes you just got do what is best for yourself first.

So many seem to be running off and starting a scot tribe these days. I wonder what is going happen to most of them when the new feeling wears off and 6 months from now many are still exactly where they started.
