I am already three weeks on Steemit and am still busy with reading and posting.

Just now I have browsed through my feed. Sometimes there are posts that have made the 4-digit area. Other again, sometimes very well formulated and researched contributions struggle to catch upvotes.

Therefore one question arises for me

What makes a successful Steemian?

For one, it will be safe the concentrate on gathering followers. Since there are new posts every second, the platform makes it really important for you to be seen quickly. Otherwise, you run the risk of drowning in the vastness of the Steemit-landscape.

This takes us one step further.

How do I get followers?

It will pay attention to focus on formatting and to configure the posts. In the best case insert one or the other picture - pictures say more than a thousand words. However, a consistent content and research is given as a crucial criterion for success.

Is the content which delivers added value a guarantee for lucrative contributions?

"Nyes" would be the right answer. The provided added value is again only one part of the medal. Another criterion is the underlying tag.

All in all, it is definitely not easy to find a good mix of recognition, good content, appealing formatting and the right tag at the right time.
