This is a great recipe. There is a cool little cafe in Antigua, Guatemala called Cafe No Se that has a salad very similar almost exactly, (but without trying yours I could never be sure.) So, I will try yours and see if it is as close as it seems.
Eiter way, this is a great dish- Kudos!!!
