STEEM Getting A Callout From Investopedia As One Of The Top Three Cryptos To Watch In 2018!!!
An Investopedia article just listed STEEM as one of the top three cryptos to keep an eye out for this year. In addition to STEEM, are NEM and Stellar.
Steemit has been featured on the investment page before and has gotten call outs, but it's pretty big in my opinion to be one of three called out by such a well-known investment site.
I'm very excited for this. It's definitely a great platform that has lots of usage. I'm still looking at STEEM hitting $12 sometime in the not-so-distant future.
We are seeing more users than ever sign up for the platform as well. It's a great time. Looking into the future, I see this social media system only adapting and being better utilized. As long as the usage can keep adapting to users needs, we will continue to see STEEM rise.
The great thing about STEEM is that there's a usage and an actual product and blockchain now! It's not like say, TRON or EOS where all that exists is a white paper and a website. I've been baffled that prices have been so low this long anyway. Once the main crypto hype boom goes away, we'll see cryptos reflecting their true value which is based off of usage, not speculation.

Great news! Thanks for the post. I really like all 3 coins. I've been posting about Stellar since the partnership with IBM at 3-5 cents. NEM invested millions of dollars in blockchain last year and it is paying off. Just kicking myself for not buying more at 22 cents. And Steem is Steem. Quietly going about it's business, making improvements and doing great work. The Smart Media Tokens have yet to make a splash, but they will.

Thanks @mikeflow! yea depending on your strategy it would be good to get in anytime. Personally I'm still on the belief the crypto market space still has a LOOOOOOT of cooling down to do, so I'm holding off on super long positions for now.

When is a good time to convert to SP except for yesterday?
I started using steemit at 5.5 : 1 ratio of sbd to steem thinking it was normal. now i am asking myself if i should put some sbd into possible short term candidates, to reinvest for steem in the midterm before it goes absolutely balistic.
1 Steem for $4.22 might hurt right now... but how will it hurt when 1 steem is 40 dollars and I knew about its potential all along? Anyone with me?
That is interesting news👍 I am a firm believer that the next years will be great for STEEM...because it has true value behind the price, for example Steemit, Zappl and other applications...most of the other hyped coins don't have any value...just hype..

Steem is not very much spoken of or on the radar of a lot of people - this is great because it gives us (who know the fundamentals) a head start. Once the market catches on people will pile in and the price could moonshot.
