I didn't expect any increase of STEEM price because of HF. Price of Steem is connected to BTC price (like all crypto market) and BTC is still low.
Bid bots can't be removed from Steem.
I have no doubt at all that steem price will be pushed UP because of HF20 changes. But I expect to see this at least after 3-5 month (msybe even later), not after 3-5 days.
