I see that the Steem circulating supply and the Steem total supply don't differ that much. Aren't they going to run out of Steem to give out for votes, posts etc?
there is a decending rate of inflation:

there will always be some coming out though but as price increases, you get less paid. so if Steem was a 100 dollars, a 100 dollar payout would be worth 1 steem.
