as far as I can tell it isn't really a Steem competitor, and is actually almost diametrically opposed to Steem in every respect. I think most people on Steem would agree with your comment here RE KYC, and the ones who wouldn't are still probably on Steem for the crypto $ rewards and that isn't part of Voice either.
