I believe this to be lowest Steem can get, now it can only go up. Now that we established this low we'll starting break records for new highs as well.

Prices seem to rise and fall in waves, and the tensions with North Korea also rise and fall in waves, I hope prices increase and tensions decrease, I don't think anyone except the most ultra hawk wants a war.
Agree !! Everyone holding crypto wants price to go up, but there are limits of what are reasonable ways to get that outcome. War with North Korea and China is beyond the reasonable limits.
