They are looked until the bribe attack of Justin is resolved, maybe there are some other exchanges to get them out but I haven’t tried.

WOW TSHTF. Maybe you can get around it with steem-engine if you can transfer coins to steem-engine. Then buy a pegged coin like BTCp and transfer them out.
