Yes, I just cancelled and redid it, and though the message still says 13 weeks, if you look at the amounts scheduled for each batch it is clearly divided by only 4 weeks!
The message wasn't changed because the current Steem witnesses don't know how to program their blockchain, only copy/paste lol
Wait, you mean they screwed it up?
They were trying to do it that way, just didn't update the message. But if you are already powering down, stop your powerdown and then do it again. Regardless of the message, you'll see they really did change it to only take 4 weeks to get it all out now.
