Little by little we are getting in shape.
A few months ago we started with @egonz to attend the Gym almost daily. In those first days, a colleague who joined us more than a decade ago was willing to help us with training and from there we began the path to continuous improvement.
Everything we are learning in these times is important. The changes are not overnight, nor is it that I lose weight or lose some size by training for a few weeks. After several months we can see some results, but the most important thing is the change in energy, the desire with which we start each day and how good it is for releasing tension.
A few weeks ago we made the respective measurements to start the routines with greater control, this includes a healthy and appropriate diet for each one, today was the beginning and I am already very comfortable.
From all this we learn that every day it is necessary to do something to improve at least 1% and with the passage of time this has a compound effect, a cumulative effect whose results are exponential, not only physically, this is applies to any aspect of our lives, I invite you to check it out.
