It's important that we take into account and be smart about the types of routines we manage daily, especially those related to technology.

Technology is with us day and night, at all times, because devices truly make our lives easier, but if we don't learn how to manage them, they can negatively affect us. The interesting thing is that we don't have to make radical changes, or drastic changes like being a hermit disconnected from everything. We can work on small changes and thus improve a little each day.

I'm going to recommend some tips for you to keep in mind and apply in your life. I'm sure that if you put them into practice, you'll improve a little more each day, and over time, your life will have undergone a significant change.

First, it's important to organize your day with a simple routine. Your body will quickly get used to the new routine. Try to go to bed as early as possible and wake up early as well. Always do this at the same time, if possible, even on the weekend. Add outdoor activities like going for a walk. The important thing is to keep moving without too many complications.

Regarding technology, it's recommended that you turn off Wi-Fi at night as much as possible, since the body needs a full rest. Exposure to electromagnetic signals and going to sleep can affect your quality of sleep. Turning off this device will not only considerably improve your rest but will also allow you to save electricity.

Try not to leave any lights on at bedtime, including the indicator lights on electronic devices. Light can disrupt the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep. Make sure to turn off all devices and keep your cell phones away, if possible, so that no notifications interfere with your sleep. We can also add to this the temperature; it's recommended to sleep in low temperatures whenever possible.

Before bed, if possible two hours before, it's necessary to end exposure to blue light screens, as this confuses our brain, signaling that it's that day and we should stay awake. If you stop using your cell phone 1:02 hours before going to sleep and read a book or take a few minutes to meditate, you'll be improving your physical and mental health.

These are some recommendations that will help you improve your life with regard to technology. It's not necessary to change absolutely everything at once; it all takes a process. I invite you to choose one of these activities to carry out and thus become much more in tune with your own body.
