First things first: "Where you're focused, that's where all your energy goes." Based on this, I want to share the following reflection for today. If we want to change our lives, the first thing we need to do is master our thoughts. It doesn't mean thinking; it means parking and being able to have control over them.

When most of the day only negative thoughts cross our minds, unfortunately we tend to submit to them and we cannot overcome them. We must start applying positive emotions; they are massive to change our lives.

How do we do in the first step? The first thing you have to do is take control of everything emotionally. Start by using your body, for example, jumping, deep breathing, and movement. We must immediately change our physiology. Let's practice smiling more often, even when we don't feel like it. By doing this, our internal limits will inevitably be transformed. You can also practice listening to music that boosts your mood. All of these things will help you transform your thoughts.

A very important aspect that we sometimes overlook is that we don't take our subconscious mind into account, and something we should always keep in mind: everything we constantly think about ends up becoming our reality. Given this, it is necessary that we work on reprogramming our subconscious mind day by day. How do we do it? We can write positive affirmations and repeat these out loud every morning and every night. We can also use visualization. I'm open, but how do we do it? We can visualize what our best version of ourselves looks like, see how we walk, how we solve problems, how we speak, etc. And finally, it is important that we have a nice day, so that my mind is our mind, and thus maintain our continuous growth.

We can accompany all of this with a daily focus since we are the result of our habits, whether good, productive, or not. That's why the focus has to be disciplined. Writing affirmations helps us and trains our minds to think more frequently about what we want and not about what we don't have or what we fear. There is a rule of 1% daily growth; this generates a compound effect on personal growth and development. We cannot forget that our circle of influence directly affects our lives. That's why we must surround ourselves with people who have the same growth mindset, and this will help you get where you want to go.

I think these three main points, as they are three basic principles, I am sure that if you apply them in the best way we will obtain the expected results.
