Well, let's get the Fork out of here...

I'll be honest, I don't know where i'll end up at the end of all this but I do know that what this is now is nothing I want to be a part of...

I'll be honest, I never came here to be a part of a community. I came here to livestream and earn rewards for my content. Sure, pretty selfish, I know. However, since I joined so late in the game and the fact that I am passionate about livestreaming on a blockchain who's "typical fans" really only care about blog posts, dApps, and development chatter, I've never really felt at home.

Livestreaming is Key to a Broad Social Media Future

I joined #steem and didn't know what to do. I looked around at all of the random posts about nothing, inspirational phrases, color challenges, and programming mumbo jumbo (to me at least) and tried to make inroads.

I streamed on DLive and they left. I streamed on @vimm and no one watched. I posted on @steempeak @partiko @esteem and no one responded. So yeah, I mean I like what you all have going over here but more often than not, i'm not in the group. And that's ok.

On the other hand

I know that @ned is fairly incompetent as a company executive and @dan s fatal flaw was working with that guy. Not to far behind him is @justinsunsteemit, a little punk investor who knows how to market and run "pump & dump" campaigns. He does not know how to work in a decentralized community and only cares about power and control, no thanks.

Drink a Crappy Beer and Get Over It

At about .70 per beer my last #beersaturday post earned about 66% of that total. So, you get what you pay for.

That's right.... get over it. The chain is split, big changes on the horizon.

I don't know if i'll be a #hive fanboy but I believe that they believe there was no where else to go once Justin came over and started manipulating the chain with exchange interference and fake witnesses.

I will for sure join hive and keep my steem account. I'l probably power steem down but doubt i'll get anything out of it with a 13 week waiting period. I look forward to see what the Hive community can do. I have zero faith that @steemit and/or old steem will be able to accomplish anything above what the previous group created mainly because of a lack of collaborative leadership.

However

I reserve the right to do what I want with my small amount of Hive and Steem. You all did this, not me. Yet, I promise not to crosspost. All content on each chain will be specific to the people and dApps for that chain. I have my favorite apps which will be the sole factors in where I post moving forward. That, and about a handful of you whom I've had great interactions with.

I look forward to seeing what the next phase will be.
