Thank you for clarifying this. The reason you're not seeing it again is that it shows every hour, not on any page load. There is also a 10 seconds delay in order not to impact page load speed, which can lead to SEO penalties. IMHO, this is pretty well thought. Still, the placement is bad and the 2 seconds delay for display is tricky. That banner is not enough imho
