Timphan
This one is a traditional Acehnese food which is often used as the main menu during holidays.
Its name is Timphan. One of the uniqueness of Timphan is the ingredients made from a mixture of sticky rice and banana flour.
The combination of these two ingredients will certainly produce a unique and very unique blend of flavors.
