So i went for another bike ride which means i have done 7 days straight, i should really be getting a medal but just thinking about it makes me happy
.
A beautiful day greeted me for my ride but i did go for a warm up walk beforehand, there was a breeze but nothing major and blue skies everywhere.

On the left is this mornings effort while on the right shows the last 7 days, 273 kilometers ridden and a massive 15 hours of bike riding in one week.

We have my partners Parents coming down tomorrow so we better feed them, i got this Roast Lamb out of the freezer and we will cook it tomorrow - YUM.

Later today i have a video conference relating to a new work project i will be involved ,in, it will be video analysis from home which is rather cool.

Roast chicken for dinner tonight and a game of basketball to watch, tomorrow is Friday and could possibly be the 8th straight day i ride 🤔
