After 4 rides in 4 days i was just going to do walking as my exercise today, after a 6K walk i decided i might as well ride again.

The weather here today is about 20 degrees C but cloudy and no sun, it has just started raining as i sit outside and write this.

With todays ride i have ridden about 192k in the past 5 days which is very pleasing, tomorrow could be a rest day from the bike but i think it should be another ride day - we will see.

After returning home and having a shower i went to the supermarket to get some frozen fruit as all i have is blueberries which are running out.

Got this mixture and it looks good, lots of different types of fruit and this 1.5KG bag cost me $13.99 NZD.

Plus i grabbed some Greek style yoghurt to go in the smoothie as that always makes smoothies more velvety.

My smoothie today was another very nice one and i think i will have that again and again.

So this has been my Tuesday so far and apart from a walk later ( rain dependent) i can just relax and do what i want to do.
