I made it home for my two days at home before i travel back to Auckland tomorrow for the last three days of this project, there was a lot of wind in Auckland on Friday and i was thinking maybe we would not be flying.

Thankfully we did and i got home just after 4pm yesterday.

Before flying on Friday i had to finish work and then return the rental car, thankfully i didn't crash or damage the rental car which is always nice.

Petrol for rental car came to just over $30 NZD which i thought would be the case as i didn't do that many kilometers.

The flight home was pretty smooth considering the wind that was about and landed safely in the rain.

It was nice to sleep in my own bed last night and it will be again tonight, tomorrow i have an early afternoon flight back to Auckland.

Then its three days of work and then fly back home on Wednesday afternoon.

Today i have been for a walkies and cleaned both out showers, apart from that the country is getting colder and colder as we get more into winter - lost of snow appearing on the New Zealand Mountains brrr.
