Today started as my days usually start with a walkies around the block, this normally takes me 32 minutes.

Yesterday we went to the garden center to get some Plants for Vegetable garden, we were looking to plant some beetroot but its the wrong season.

The last few days i have been doing about 3/4 hours per day work, its kinda nice to be doing this work from home.

At the Grocery store this morning i got some frozen strawberries for my smoothies, todays smoothie had Apple, banana with frozen strawberries and pistachio nuts.
