We woke up to a beautiful sunny day here with no wind and the birds chirping, i went for a 6K walk and it was great to be outside.

Since we have my in laws coming to stay after my walk i cleaned both showers and mowed the lawns, then i looked at my bike and thought lets go for a ride today.

Todays ride was just the normal 41K circuit but there's nothing wrong with that!

So in the past 8 days i have biked 314 kilometers and been on the bike 17+ hours, we do have a tropical storm heading for NZ at the moment and the weather forecast for the next 7 days is Rain.

So i have had a pretty busy Friday so far so i think i can take it easy, our visitors should be here shortly so i better get ready for that.
