I Received Few Votes, But I Didn’t Stop | My Experience with Slow Growth on Steem
When I started posting on Steem, I thought results would come quickly.
I saw some users receiving big votes.
I saw large rewards.
And I thought maybe it would happen fast for me too.
But my experience was different.
My first posts didn’t receive many votes.
Sometimes I checked the page several times.
No new votes. No new comments.
Honestly, it felt discouraging.
For a moment, I even thought about stopping.
But then I asked myself a simple question:
What if online success is supposed to be slow?
Slow growth is not failure.
On platforms like Steem, consistency matters more than quick attention.
Today, I still don’t receive big votes.
But I have something more important:
I didn’t stop.
I hope in the future I will receive more votes.
But even if my progress is slow, I will continue.
Because I have learned something important:
In the online world, showing up consistently is more powerful than being perfect.
