Sunbathing

After more than one week, I had severe flu. This is the second day of my recovery program. My body is weak, but I can do more activities than before.
This morning, I did some sunbathing in an open area. Fortunately, it was not raining and the sun shone brightly. It is nine o'clock in the morning.
Doctors in my country advise sunbathing for those who have got covi-d or flu because the sunlight will help the skin provide Vitamin D. Vitamin D is one of the essential nutrients to fight covi-d.
After 30 minutes of sunbathing, I felt more comfortable. I felt warm and I thought my blood circulation was better.
The location of sunbathing in a toll street development. It is now a place for people to do sports because the toll developers may be broke.
A high body temperature for more than a week

I feel relieved today after more than a week of having my body at a high temperature. The paracetamol worked for one or two hours, after which my body temperature would increase again.
The last time I remembered, before my body temperature was down, I consumed a supplement drink with 1000 mg vit c,zinc,vit d and other vitamins in it.
I would like to say that I was lucky because I felt the experience and I could recover. I hope you keep your body healthy and have good nutrition to prevent getting CovI-D or a severe flu. Thanks for reading. I hope you enjoy it.
