A joke that you can make a dollar for saying so? Steem is not like other platforms. It is more like the wild west with no cops, but it does have vigilantes and outlaws. There are plenty of people who just try to exploit it for profit without adding any value. Opinions on what adds value will differ and it is up to the community to determine the rewards each post deserves from a finite pot. That can involve flagging/downvoting. Do not take it as a personal attack.
Some may think that a photo and a couple of words does not deserve much of a reward. It's an opinion.
