My "Mystery" Steem Power Of 1500 Isn't Luck Or Talent
Well, this is a bit embarrassing, I am obviously a pretty new steemian. Apparently I was not bestowed a magical gift by my fairy-delegate-mother.
When I open up my steemit account to see (+1500 steem power ) today I was stunned! Me?
Well...
I guess I am renting the steem power and all this power will sizzle off and become a pumpkin again in a week.
Just like Cinderella all I need now is a pretty gown, some blockchain earrings and good content to read and upvote with while I still have the magic :).
sigh.
I almost believed I was "discovered" haha
Maybe I am special. Maybe I didn't bribe a service to lend me some steempower. I didn't know I was doing it. Hey it's actually cool to have some vote swag so I might even say this is a good thing.

No, apparently I sent steem in a way that was basically an order for a steem power lease. I didn't know that was going to be the outcome, and I think it was a great mistake! I feel silly though, not knowing what or whom I was paying to do what. 🤓 Steem and learn I guess. Haha
