Onions

Onions have been planted here. These onion plants were planted a few days ago, and they are slowly growing. Today I came to make furrows in the onion field. A line has to be made by pulling through the soil, which helps the onions grow faster.

In village areas, empty spaces around houses are often used for planting, and the onions have been planted very nicely here. They have been planted over a large area. When the plants start growing bigger, the place will need to be fenced with a net, because once the plants grow tall, different animals and birds may eat them.

So to prevent that, the area will be covered later. Today I came mainly to make the finger-drawn furrows, and after that I will leave. Later, I will come again and put the net around the plants.
