100% of the liquid revenue is paid to delegators in STEEM and/or SBD, depending on the bids, on a daily basis. And appx. 100% of curation rewards are paid to delegators, in SWIFT, on a monthly basis. As you can see there is no admin fee here and it's because the ultimate purpose is to promote SwiftCash.
