I only really ever used Reddit to consume information and not really engage as I never felt the value of doing so for myself (I know, selfish). I really wasn’t ever open to putting myself open to trolls given some of the comments I had seen. However, the Steem model attracted me as if felt as if something was being built. I feel that I am right as I have seen the many DApps come online like @actifit and @steemmonsters while I never go to Reddit much anymore. Spam is done thanks to the resource credit cost of doing so which is great!

I think most platforms have learned by now that you can't just "ban" trolls, they will find a way every time even if you have paywalls. If they want to troll enough they will find a way to do so. Here we don't attempt to ban or block them, but you can mute them and never accidentally reward them in the future. The majority will do so too if they want it enough and the people that don't just waste everyone's time will get the better deal out of it. :)
